David Thorpe (BPsychSc, MMgmt, MBus) is Coolout's Director. He founded the business after recognising the need for practical solutions to address stress and burnout. Having experienced burnout personally and witnessed its impact on many people and organisations, he is applying empirically-researched solutions to these issues. He has had the privilege of internationally helping workplaces and individuals build their resilience.
His coaching is founded on real, evidence-backed solutions. He breaks down complex stress and burnout reduction techniques into understandable, approachable steps. With David, you'll not only master the tools to overcome your current challenges but also gain the skills to confidently handle whatever life may bring in the future.
